Leah MacDonald, M.T., NSCT
Math and Literacy Tutor and Tutoring Lead
Leah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development from Dalhousie University. She earned her Master of Teaching at Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She is a resource teacher with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education and is passionate about supporting learners with diverse learning needs. She is currently working towards her Master of Education in Curriculum Studies: Supporting Learners with Diverse Needs and Exceptionalities from Mount Saint Vincent University.
Jenn Moriarty, M.T., NSCT
Math and Literacy Tutor
Jenn recently joined Shoreline as a math and literacy tutor. She is also an experienced teacher with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education. More information about Jenn will be posted soon.


Karly Turner
Literacy Tutor (English and French)
Karly offers literacy tutoring in both English and French. She has been working as a literacy tutor since 2024. She is currently completing her thesis for her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience at Mount Saint Vincent University. She attended late French Immersion and continued to take French courses throughout university.
